The location in San Blas made exploring Cusco so easy. Just a short walk to Plaza de Armas with vibrant energy. Loved the rooftop patio for morning coffee and the generous breakfast buffet. The beds are comfortable. Staff were kind and attentive, really went out of their way to help. One downside was the noise. The walls are thin. I could hear conversations and footstep from the room next door, which disrupted my sleep at times. The laundry service needs improvement, my clothes came back damp. But the thoughtful touches, like complimentary tea and snacks, made up for some inconveniences. I'd return but would bring earplugs next time.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!
We appreciated the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of our room. The staff were very cute, and despite the room being a tad warm, propping the door open allowed for a comfortable airflow. A tip , consider bringing a fan to enhance comfort!

It was just a fitting option for a weekend in Cusco with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were very helpful and even provided us with care packages for our early train rides, a nice surprise. Bring earplugs for a better sleep experience due to the noise.

Couples who love charm
The staff was very nice David was always there to help us and went out of his way when my partner's phone was acting up. We even got care packages for the early train to Machu Picchu which was a lifesaver.
It wasn't the cheapest place but it was worth it for the experience.
